As the founder, owner, and general manager of Grant’s English, Joanne is at the helm of the business’s commercial operations. With a keen focus on continuous improvement, she actively engages with clients, assesses new students, and coordinates group activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Mandy Novis - Academic Director
Mandy plays a pivotal role in the academic aspect of Grant’s English. As the Academic Director, she provides unwavering support to our teachers and students. Additionally, she oversees the recruitment of teachers and spearheads the development of our learning platform and all of our interactive and innovative learning materials.
